Creating tasks and product runs
This section covers how work enters Eduba: starting a run of a published workflow, and creating ad-hoc tasks. Starting a run is what produces the tasks that land in everyone's My Work inbox.
Permission
Creating work requires the createTask capability (and, for product runs,
the related run-start capability). If you don't see the actions described here,
your role doesn't grant them yet — see Roles and org chart.
